CertiMaan proudly offers a 100% Pass Guarantee on the first attempt. If you do not pass your certification exam after following all provided guidelines and support, you may be eligible for:

  • Re-attempt assistance at no additional cost, or

  • Partial or full refund, based on the case review.

💼 2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You have not received any personalized services or exam support yet.

  • You have not scheduled or taken the exam through CertiMaan.

  • You have completed less than 20% of our assistance or prep process.

  • You failed the exam, despite following all the agreed-upon preparation, and have valid proof (official score report).

  • There was a duplicate payment or a technical error during transaction.

❌ 3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after services have begun

  • Failure due to not following our guidelines or instructions

  • No response or cooperation from your side during the preparation process

  • Misuse of our service or violation of our terms

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase (unless under the 100% Pass Guarantee)
